The Arches Project is committed to protecting the personal data of all visitors to our website. Users of our website can visit the site without revealing their identity or providing information about themselves.

The Arches Project does not store any personal data about individuals who access this App/ website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your details to become a member of The Arches Project or to register to attend one of our events or requested to be added to The Arches Project mailing list.

We do not store financial information about our members as all financial transactions are undertaken through Stripe/PayPal.

We process personal information collected for:
• Dealing with requests and enquiries concerning activities at The Arches Project
• Informing users about events, products and services offered by The Arches Project. We will not pass on your data unless you have given us written permission to do so.
• Carrying out member research, marketing research and promotional activities.
• Collecting statistics to enable us to monitor the trends in membership and website usage.

We may occasionally share visitors’ personal information with other companies that we have hired to provide services to us. Such companies are contractually bound to use such personal information strictly for the particular services’ performance only. Details of members on thearchesproject.org are updated annually. Inclusion on The Arches Project website or App and in printed material is at the request of the artist.

Information submitted to The Arches Project is not authenticated. The Arches Project cannot be held responsible for any acts of impersonation by other users of the site. The Arches Project will assume all information submitted is genuine unless there is reason to doubt
its authenticity. If you suspect that a false entry has been made using your identity please advise us and we will take immediate action where possible.
